Intern at Business Process Organization Department (HCMC)

1/ Key Accountabilities:
  • Maintain Vietnamese customer master data
  • Get customer feedback on DHL service then summarize all details into the internal system
  • Do report, analyze the results then advise to Departments monthly
  • Ensure customer's information is aligned between MDM, CW1 and their request
  • Take note quickly and correctly customer's recommendations in call


2/ Requirements:
  • Junior or Senior student can work AT LEAST full 4 days per week (prefer candidate can work 5 days per week) during 6 months (COMPULSORY)
  • Good at English communication
  • Good at MS Office
  • Background with Economics, Logistics and Analytics is preferable
  • Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
  • Ability to quickly negotiate with customer in a short call
