Job Description

• Check weekly payment and supporting documents
• Check minutes of cancelation invoice, confirmation letter
• Check and prepare fix assets process (print label, count check,...)
• Support reconcile bookeeping (Hrcore, Tax, Accrual,...)
• Prepare data for audit EY, CIT tax, Statistic Reports, ...
• Archiving documents (bank advice, GNT, barcode scan... for 5S)
• Other ad-hoc if needed

Qualifications

• Entitled as full-time student major in Accounting/Finance, ... during internship period
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Office, personal skills, time management skill, task management skill, critical thinking and patience
• Can-do attitude, urge to develop and learn new things
• Good teamwork, communication and negotiation skill
• Eyes for details and good organization skills
• High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality
• Ability to work in multicultural teams
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
