We, the CPIT Client Service team is to deliver best in class employee workplace and collaboration experience, enriched by world-class support services, AI and cloud solutions to boost SAP employee's productivity.


What you'll do

• Manage and Maintain Labs Vietnam IT infrastructure
• Provide on-site IT support to SAP employees
• Provide technical support to development project
• Provide support for local events
• Set up new offices or manage office relocations as required
• Participate in global/regional IT projects
• Contributing to the rollout and implementation of new technologies and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with colleagues.

What you bring

• 3+ years of IT support experience
• Experience in office setup or relocation
• Qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of Windows and mac OS

• In-depth knowledge of PC hardware (laptops, desktops) • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, Share Point, One Drive, Teams, etc.

• Basic IT security knowledge (data leakage, phishing, vulnerabilities, patching)

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, cabling, LAN, Wireless, WAN, VPN) • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• Exceptional customer focus and communication • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Systematic, communicative, creative approach
• Strong teamwork spirit
• Fluency in spoken and written English
