- Inform in an accurate, updated and according to the company's strategy about our products/Thông báo chính xác, có cập nhật và theo chiến lược của công ty về các sản phẩm của công ty
- Obtain information from the market/Thu thập thông tin từ thị trường
- Propose activities in their territory, always in compliance with ethics standards and ensuring the Return on Investment. Organize the proposals approved according to the budget assigned./Đề xuất các hoạt động trong phạm vi hoạt động và luôn tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn đạo đức và đảm bảo Lợi tức đầu tư. Tổ chức thực hiện các đề xuất được phê duyệt theo ngân sách được giao.
- Manage the budget assigned ensuring the return of investment./Quản lý ngân sách được giao để đảm bảo việc thu hồi vốn đầu tư.
- Inform timely and in manner about the weekly/monthly activity and the next week/month plan and present on time expenses report or any other requested by the company./Thông báo kịp thời và đúng cách về hoạt động hàng tuần/tháng và kế hoạch tuần/tháng tiếp theo và trình bày báo cáo chi phí đúng hạn hoặc bất kỳ yêu cầu nào khác của công ty.
- Submit timely and in manner about Call Plan & report as well as update data of clients in OCE system as requested by the company./Nộp đúng thời hạn các kế hoạch & báo cáo cũng như cập nhật dữ liệu khách hàng vào hệ thống OCE theo yêu cầu của công ty.
- Graduated from University of Pharmacy or Medical/Tốt nghiệp Đại học Y / Dược
- Experience working at multinational company in the field of Obstetrics and Fertility is a plus /Kinh nghiệm ngành hàng sản khoa và hỗ trợ sinh sản tại các công ty đa quốc gia là 1 lợi thế
- Good communication/Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Customer focus/Kỹ năng dịch vụ khách hàng
- Perseverance/Tính kiên trì
- Drive for Results/Đạt kết quả trong công việc
- Planning/Làm việc có kế hoạch
