Due to our rapid expansion in Vietnam, we are looking for experienced and dynamic individuals for the following positions at our office at VSIP1, Binh Duong Province.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Being responsible for all works related to legal/law in the assigned area.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Checking, drafting service contract, Sales contract, Construction (bilingual);
Consulting, performing legal procedures of the Company (Procedures for establishing, amending Business Registration Certificate, Investment registration Certificate, etc.)
Organizing, managing legal documents and Contracts of the Company;
Reviewing internal documents, regulations, internal processes of the Company;
Updating, analyzing the changes of Laws affecting production and business activities of the Company;
Consulting and handling disputes;
Performing the Compliance activities upon request of the Company and Group
Perform works at the request of the Manager

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Law (Having Certificate of Lawyer training is preferred)
• Experiences: Experience in the same position or working in Law Firms (2-3 years)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
English proficiency: TOEIC – from 650 pts or equivalent; Good reading-writing skill and basic communicate skill;
