• Submitting Shipping Instruction/ VGM to Ocean Master Carrier/Coloader
• Issuing Bill of Lading/ FCR/ Invoice based on CEVA’s Global Compliance
• Filling Export Manifest for shipments to JP/US/MX/CA/SA
• Closing shipment’s Pn L
• Solving customer’s problem relating Documentation/ Export Manifest/ Pn L
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

• Having experience in ocean freight/ ocean services
• Fresher with strong knowledge of Logistics industry is acceptable
• Having bachelor’s degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field is preferred
• Good at customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English
