The Adecco Group is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team, based in either Vietnam or the Philippines.
In this role, you will provide essential legal support and contribute to our operations across the Asia-Pacific region.

Qualification

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma (or similar education) in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related qualification
• English language professional proficiency

Job Description
Legal & Compliance Support (75%)

• Support and coordinate strategic regional Legal & Compliance initiatives
• Prepare and draft simple legal documents under the guidance of a Legal Counsel
• Conduct legal research/analysis and summarize findings to support specific matters
• Assist with corporate secretarial duties, including liaising with external agents, drafting corporate resolutions, collecting signatures and filing
• Monitor business licenses tracker – recurrently
• Update internal Entity Management System - quarterly
• Provide ad hoc support to the L&C Asia team with administrative matters
• Support internal compliance checks, including gathering and checking information and completing reports
• Manage L&C APAC communication platform and Share Point
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Executive Assistant support (25%)

• Provide personal assistance to the SVP APAC General Counsel (travels, expenses, calendar)
• Organize and coordinate meetings, townhalls, and recurring calls
• Assist in the taking of minutes and follow-up for selective meetings
• Support and coordinate annual L&C APAC in-person meeting
