POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to CEO (Fluent Chinese) to support the Vice President (VP) of China in various operational affairs in Vietnam. This position requires you to have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced multitasking environment, and provide strategic support and operational optimization advice to executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As the key communication bridge for the VP of China in Vietnam, responsible for conference translation and cross-cultural communication, ensuring accurate and efficient information transmission.
• Plan and coordinate the itinerary of the China VP in Vietnam, including important meetings, business trips, and other strategic activities, to ensure the smooth progress of all affairs.
• Proactively assist in managing and optimizing VP-assigned operational projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and with high quality, and providing innovative solutions to support the company's business goals.
• Analyze business data, propose improvement suggestions, and drive the improvement of Operational Efficiency.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Proficient in Chinese, with excellent oral and written skills, able to communicate freely in a multilingual environment.
• Possess solid understanding of business logic and proficient in using business terms such as "conversion rate", "ROI (input-output ratio) ", "SOP (standardized process) ", etc.
• Possess excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to flexibly respond to VP's schedule and business needs.
• Priority will be given to those who have studied abroad in China.
• Candidates with internship or work experience in Chinese internet companies will be given priority.
