Mission statement:
In charge of outsourcing and localization for production material and Indirect material to support SCM achieve Cost Reduction KPI. In charge of generic program in SCM: SSDP, DPS, PPAP Clean-up, asset count.

Your responsibilities:

• You will define localizable and single source parts for Mass production in cooperating with SCM, QC,GPS.
  
• You will be looking and audit supplier base on cost, quality or Supply sustainability.
  
• You will setup Localization plan and follow with supplier to be finish earliest possible and follow with GPS to until PPAP approved then Handover information to purchasing team B, procurement indirect material for production.
  
• You will be responsible for outsourcing routine production indirect materials.
  
• You will involve in order and follow up delivery of routine production indirect materials ensure meet production demand.
  
• You will control source of origin of critical indirect material as Locktile, Grease, Paint.
  
• You will represent for SCM in generic program as SSDP, DPS, asset at supplier Control, Supply Risk assessment.
  
• You will participate to global project as request support from CTL, SCM, LCC.
  
• You will follow up drawing change revision and send to supplier when it generated and other task as manager’s request.

Your background:

• You hold bachelor's degree engineering.
  
• Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing factory.
  
• Specific knowledge: mechanical is preferred.
  
• Good hands-on Excel, SAP.
  
• Proficiency in English communication.
