JOB VACANCY FOR THE POST OF PROJECT ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTANT
The German Political Foundation “Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung” (KAS), seeks to contract a PROJECT ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTANT part time position for three years project “Preserving the Global Commons: Promoting Maritime Diplomacy in Southeast Asia” in Ha Noi, Viet Nam.
Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) together with the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) is implementing this project. This project aims to support maritime diplomacy and foster a rules-based maritime order in Southeast Asia by enhancing regional cooperation, capacity-building, and joint research on maritime issues.
Requirements: B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; up to 2 years solid working experience preferably in NGOs/ ODA-related context; proven knowledge of English language, ability to travel domestically and internationally, flexibility regarding working hours.
The Project Admin cum Accountant will be responsible for the efficient financial administration and project support for the duration of the project. This role involves managing accounting tasks, assisting in event organization, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.
