Join Alpaca Vietnam as a Project Assistant and play a critical role in driving the success of our Core Insurance product. You’ll work closely with Delivery Managers and project teams to ensure smooth project operations, directly impacting the company's growth and success.
1. Support project management:

• Assist Delivery Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
• Track project progress, assess key milestones, and report updates to Delivery Managers.
• Assist Delivery Managers with budget tracking and addressing any issues that arise.

2. Communication and Coordination:

• Organize internal project meetings and client meetings
• Coordinate tasks, and motivate team members to meet deadlines.

3. Administrative:

• Manage project documentation, follow up on payment schedules, and manage financial-related tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Assistant/ Project manager, preferably in the IT industry.
• Good English communication and documentation.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs).
• Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and Microsoft 365 or Google Drive.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Be careful and thoughtful, and have a strong sense of responsibility and execution.
