• RECOMMEND new processes and policies for developers and QA to uphold top-quality releases.

The right person for this role:

• You don’t just communicate - you connect. You’re experienced in client management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships
  • Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing
    
  • You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with Australian clients
    

• Bring 3+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in mobile and web app development, plus a solid grasp of programming basics.
  • Certification in Project Management is a PLUS and a PRIORITY
    • Familiarity with Agile Methodology is a plus, and if you’re a Scrum Master, even better!
  • Has experience providing QA for mobile, web, and back-end services
    • Has experience conducting usability tests, and an ability to empathize with users’ unique perspective
    • Has a practiced eye for misalignment, margin errors, and other visual details
    • Has the capacity to write and execute manual tests for mobile and web apps

Essentials:
