Key accountabilities:
This role is responsible for all general admin arrangement for direct procurement activities to provide RMs timely with efficient cost for production.

• Prepare and manage the order confirmation, contracts/PO in physical and through application.
• Control all chains from Purchase Order, delivery and payment process:

• Monitor and update detailed status of purchasing orders: ETD/ETS/ETA of shipments/deliveries, shipping/delivery documents, customs clearance, FX hedging and payment process.
• Insurance declaration on I-cargo system, if required
• Follow-up the progress of fulfilment of the PO. Reconcile accurate records of PO / Receipt in both system and with RM suppliers and/or service providers.

• Problems solving related to contracts/PO terms
• Data analysis and report as guidance.

• Adhere to established standard operating procedures;
• Proactively identify issues with day-to-day processes and resolve and/or communicate the issues to management in a timely manner, as needed;
• Perform other duties and functions as assigned by line manager

Qualifications
Bachelor or College’s degree
At least 1 years working experience in purchasing execution
Experience in feed / feed additives industry is preferred.
Can do attitude
