Mô tả công việc:

• Control production quality independently in all stage including in coming materials, white wood, assembly, finishing and packing.
  
• Extend quality control to subcontractor where necessary
  
• Deal with factory line manager to get quality issues fix before they flow to the next stage
  
• Train factory QCs to align with same quality standards and monitor factory QCs performance
  
• Perform inline and final inspection and generate inspection reports with Qarma.
  
• Support supervisor to perform initial review of finish panels.
  
• Support supervisor to control quality for market sample, PPS.
  
• Support supervisor to perform inhouse testing for: carton drop test, loading test and tipping test.
  
• Support supervisor to investigate causes of quality complaints and develop CAPs.
  
• Act as the company’s eyes and ears in the frontline and report factory real time production status
  
• Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• At least 5 years’ experience in furniture production and quality
  
• Good communication skill with factory management team,
  
• Have ability to deal with the daily quality issue on production line.
  
• Report to his supervisor for daily issue and production schedule.
  
• Communication skills: Chinese is preferable, English and Vietnamese are plus
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• General computer experience preferred.
  
• Language: English and Chinese
