(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)Liaise with the brand principals to collect the registration documents, ensure that all products comply with the current enforced regulations in Vietnam & ASEAN.
Support the maintenance of regulatory files and updating new databases to ensure prompt and accurate access to company regulatory information (concerning current, pending registration documents and renewals).
Assist in reviewing product registration documents for assigned projects to ensure compliance with requirements, as well as monitor registration to strict deadlines.
Stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations.
Support Operation, CRM to solve the complaint from customer about the product information/product quality.
Prepare license list for every shipment to make sure that they match to the actual goods. Prepare sublabels to paste on product packaging.
Reports, Account payable / Invoicing documents.
On behalf of the company liaises with, and makes presentations to regulatory authorities if required.
Major:cosmetics/biotechnology/ pharmaceuticals/pharmaceuticalsand related industries.
Required English communication skills.
