Job Target

Operational tasks

• Works hands-on with the Flowable BPMN engine to design, model, and implement business processes.
• Able to read, write, and validate Groovy scripts for business logic within BPMN models, utilizing AI to generate initial script versions.
• Translates business requirements into functional requirements, mock-ups, and diagrams.
• Models business processes in e.g. Draw.io, creating high-level diagrams for approval before transitioning to detailed BPMN modeling.
• Collects and clarifies requirements received from product/project management and internal customers.
• Works together with lead developers to provide high-level estimates that support defining a lead time for the requested feature.
• Works together with UX designers and Product Owners to define requirements for prototypes.
• Defines user stories with acceptance criteria in collaboration with lead developers.
• Is responsible, alongside the functional team, for delivering according to business priorities as indicated by stakeholders and product owners.
• Validates functionality in the User Acceptance environment for both happy paths and failure scenarios (unhappy paths).
• Ensures the design accounts for both success and failure cases, anticipating real-world complexities and edge cases.
• Organizes and supports handovers of projects or products after delivery to the operations team.
• Clarifies QA questions on functionality and regression test scenarios.
• Organizes team meetings according to established practices (e.g., daily stand-up, retrospective).

Organizational tasks

• Follows project requirements, quality standards and deadlines as set in the project specifications;
• Deals with complexity and keeps efficiency and ease in mind when defining functional requirements;
• Applies work procedures, guidelines and instructions in performing the job responsibilities and tasks;
• Depending on the level of expertise, takes part in technical evaluation of candidates, trains, mentors and coaches newcomers and colleagues to ensure knowledge sharing;
• Keeps confidentiality of all company information;
• Takes over colleagues’ tasks and responsibilities during holidays or other leaves;
• Follows instructions and guidelines when using company equipment (e.g. IT, phone, car) and maintains them in good condition;
• Registers the time worked in designated tools (e.g. Net Suite, Jira) and
• absences in advances following internal procedures (Net Suite);
• Provides necessary documents & certifications and fills in the required documents as per company and/or department rules and regulations (e.g. criminal record, expense report, attendance sheet);
• Follows the Collective Labor Agreement, Unifiedpost Internal Regulations and Fire, Work Health & Safety norms and regulations;
• Ensures proper usage of software applications installed on Unifiedpost IT equipment applying existing rules and recommendations against software viruses;
• Maintains software configuration and makes sure that any new software installed is licensed.

Your skills and experience

• Hands-on experience with BPMN, particularly using the Flowable BPMN engine, is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting or java is required, including reading, writing, and adapting scripts to different business needs.
• Experience with Intelli J IDEA, Git, and Jira is essential.
• Experience in working in software development environment is mandatory;
• Business analysis or product management experience is required;
• Practical knowledge about User Stories and Use Case modelling is a big plus;
• Knowledge of Agile Frameworks like SCRUM and/or Agile PM is required;
• Experience with project or product delivery.
• Having a technical Java background is a big plus
• Possess an understanding of sequence diagrams, REST APIs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (if possible experience working with native-speaking English or Western European colleagues)
• Critical thinking - the ability to search, classify, interpret, synthesize, and present information;
• Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver autonomously the job tasks and responsibilities;
• Ability to work with distributed teams, people from different cultures and countries, and constructively deal with differences of opinions and views;
