• Manages preparation and oversee special projects.

• Conducts counseling, coaching and disciplinary procedures of slot personnel in the performance of their duties.

• Liaises with other departments, contractors, suppliers, judiciary police and DICJ to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist Operations Manager with Performance Appraisal Reviews.

• Communicates departmental training needs and requirements to Operations Manager.

• Conducts training updates to further enhance skills of personnel.

• Performs duties as assigned, always presenting oneself as a credit to The Grand Ho Tram and encourages others to do the same.

• Performs other job related duties when needed.

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Minimum of one year experience in shift management or above in a slot or casino operation, or two years’ experience supervising an effective team within a gaming environment or managing a team in a non-gaming environment.

[Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý theo ca hoặc nhiều hơn trong hoạt động sòng bài, hoặc 2 năm giám sát trong lĩnh vực sòng bài hoặc quản lý ngoài sòng bài].

• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests whilst looking for service opportunities.

• Must present a well groomed appearance.
