Job Description

• Assist department head to manage budget: planning, tracking, reporting budget/cost status
• Collaborate with other functional departments to fulfill project management processes. For instance, work with controllers and department head to perform business plan and quarterly revenue/expenses forecast; work with quality managers to prepare for project reviews.
• Data Analysis: Conducted data analysis for functional and organizational topics. Evaluate data and create reports, propose solutions to managers
• Other tasks: Prepare reports, presentations, related corporate materials and documents required for management meetings, customer visits, workshop; Support purchasing, outsourcing, billing...

Qualifications

• Background in Economics or Business management
• At least 2 years of working experience in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• Proficient in English communication
• Well-versed in using Microsoft Office applications, Power BI Desktop is mandatory.
• Good Time management, Communication, and Coordination skills
• Can work independently as well as work in a team
• Quick learner, Proactive in learning new things
• Project management knowledge is a plus
