RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch Gmb H.
RBVH has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

Job Description

• Maintain the relevant lab database (equipment, tools, software, calibration status...)
• Facilitating the efficient running of the lab-sharing model at Bosch
• Track lab equipment usage and assist with lab equipment dispute resolution
• Management of the Lab maintenance staff and sending to the management the ESD Periodic Check report
• To purchase licenses and equipment, speak with the vendor and the project team.
• Coordinate with PUR & calibration agency for annual calibration activities
• Coordinate with the lab manager and the ESD coordinator to ensure adherence to ESD compliance.
• Organize with the local ITL and lab manager to put the ITL concept into practice.
• Work with the lab manager to discuss the space utilization problem (Rack design...)
• Work with the lab manager and other departments to plan the topic of remote testing (TFMS, VRCS...)
• Work together with the lab manager and the FCM department to plan the building of the new lab layout.
• Work along with the appropriate Lab Manager and Lab Owner to plan the housekeeping and 5S of the test facilities.
• Work along with the lab manager and FCM to maintain the lab's infrastructure
• Prepare for lab standard and HSE internal/external audits

Qualifications

• B.S or equivalent degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Computing Engineering, Information Technology or related major
• Working history in relevant positions
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, experience in cooperating with customers/partners
• Fluent English (spoken and written, intermediate technical English
• Experienced user knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and fulfill deadlines
• The capacity to work both independently and as a team
