As a Software Engineer in Ampotech Vietnam, you will support the product team with the development of the Ampo Cloud Io T platform, including applications for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability reporting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in front-end and back-end development and will have experience working with teams to deliver and maintain enterprise-level software.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and enhance Ampotech’s Io T platform using AWS/Azure cloud components.
· Front end development to modify layout and data visualization based on customer requirements and feedback.
· Work with the Vietnam team and software engineering team in Singapore office to adapt software for the Vietnamese market.
· Support current Io T infrastructure and projects.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/data science or a related field;
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing web applications;
· Proficiency in Java, Python and/or other programming languages;
· Experience with Io T applications, including data processing, device management, and data management
· Familiarity with sensors, meters, BMS systems, and SCADA systems is a plus;
· Knowledge of common Io T protocols such as MQTT, Modbus, Lo Ra, and BACnet is a plus;
· Familiarity with Linux, computer networks, databases, and cybersecurity;
· Excellent communication skills and a team player;
· Ability to work independently, proactively, and result-driven.
