About the Job
Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a strategic mindset and expertise in supply and demand management? As our Business Partner for GBU, you will play a critical role in driving supply and demand solutions across functions, ensuring alignment with company objectives and proper processes.

Main Responsibilities:

S&OP/IBP Leadership:

• Act as a key partner in the S&OP process for CHC KH, implementing best-in-class standards to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Drive forecasting excellence and leverage business intelligence for both short-term and long-term planning by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on trend analyses and forecasting models.
• Lead demand management meetings with Performance and Distributor teams, ensuring forecasts are thoroughly reviewed with risk and opportunity analysis.

Forecasting & Performance Analysis:

• Continuously enhance the forecasting process towards a unified approach involving all relevant functions.
• Accountable for monthly performance reporting and analysis, including root cause assessments and action plans to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Ensure alignment and consistency across business, finance, and supply chain data, contributing to trend analysis, budgeting, and business planning.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee distributor-level inventory management in alignment with company processes.
• Manage coordination with Sanofi supply chain teams and regional supply chain organizations to optimize demand planning, inventory levels, and new product planning.

Business Continuity & New Product Launches:

• Assess short- and long-term supply risks, leading cross-functional teams in developing risk mitigation plans, especially regarding regulatory impacts.
• Coordinate with business development, plant, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient execution of new product launches and variations.

Logistics & Distribution Strategy:

• Collaborate with Sanofi logistics teams, distribution platforms, and regional supply chain organizations to streamline demand planning and product delivery.
• Ensure optimal service levels, cost efficiency, and proactive communication to manage supply risks.
• Support the development of distribution strategies, lead projects to enhance efficiency, and identify improvements in lead times and logistics processes.

Master Data Management:

• Maintain and monitor master data for materials and customers in the Vietnam market, ensuring accuracy and compliance with required processes.

Tools and Database Management:

• Maintain and update forecasting, demand, and supply planning data using systems such as SAP, Manugistics, Kinaxis, and Excel databases.
• Support local and regional initiatives by deploying new tools from Global Supply Chain to drive innovation and optimize processes.

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with internal control, HSE guidelines, and Sanofi’s local and global policies within your scope.
• Contribute to achieving HSE objectives by following guidelines and promoting a safe and compliant work environment.

About You:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field with extensive experience in supply chain management, S&OP, and IBP.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on forecasting, demand planning, and risk management. Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems is preferred.
• Leadership : Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead teams towards achieving supply chain excellence.
• Language: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
