Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser / Quality Control (QC) / Customer Support professional to join our team at our new office in Thao Dien. This role will involve managing product quality, supporting customer demands, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising:
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Manage product assortments, inventory levels, and replenishment schedules.
Analyze market trends to make informed decisions on product selection and pricing strategies.
Maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate the best prices and terms for our products.
Quality Control (QC):
Inspect and ensure the quality of products before they reach customers.
Develop and implement QC processes to meet industry standards.
Identify and resolve any quality issues promptly.
Work closely with suppliers to address any product defects or concerns.
Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and after-sales support.
Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Document and escalate any recurring customer complaints to management for further action.
Requirements:
Proven experience in merchandising, quality control, and/or customer support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Fluency in English; Vietnamese is a plus.
