Responsibilities:
Trading Activities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities and assess market trends for steel products, including scrap and iron ore.

• Supplier and Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring effective negotiation and deal closure.

• Trading Operations: Manage end-to-end trading activities, including order processing, logistics coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on trading performance, including sales, margins, and market conditions, and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

Project Business:

• Project Management: Oversee project-related activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of steel-related projects.

• Coordination: Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

• Client Engagement: Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.

Communication and Coordination:

• International Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Vietnam office and other offices in Asia and Europe.

• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on trading and project activities to senior management.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure alignment and smooth operation of trading and project activities.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in steel trading and project management, with a proven track record in handling steel products, including scrap and iron ore.

• Strong understanding of steel market dynamics and trading processes.

• Experience in managing international projects and cross-border communication

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; additional languages are advantageous.
