MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

I. Laguna Park Operation:
1. Ensure Laguna Park the efficient operation of Laguna Park is under safe and saving.

2. Monitor all the daily operation activities such as:

• Front Desk to assist guests’ requests, handle check-in, check-out and bookings follow resort standards as well as make sure the hotline is available 24/7.
• Admin tasks to follow up with all activities and relevant documents: in-house purchases, HK store & stock, payments, VAT invoices and immigration reports to police to ensure the tasks done efficiently.
• Manage Housekeeping to make sure cleanliness of room standards; inspect the unit’s condition and report regularly.

3. Make sure the daily, weekly and monthly reports are timely updated to managers and all related departments.

4. Ensure and keep maintain the good condition, landscaping of all units and public area.

5. Ensure the guest satisfaction, enhance excellent online reviews and propose operational action plans to improve services.

5. Manage the roster, working tasks, update SOP and training for the Team.

6. To complete any additional tasks assigned by the Director of Property Sales & Marketing

II. Sales & Marketing:
1. Support to launch the sales promotions, campaigns, event & update all guest feedbacks to Sales & Marketing for the company goal’s achievement.

2. Work closely with Sales & Marketing for all the relevant tasks.

III. Control finance

1. Prepare the Department budget and propose to upper management

2. Be responsible for LP operation cost and others

3. Ensure the department’s budget and cost are in line and strictly controlled

IV. Owner’s Service:
1. Closely communicate and maintain good relationship with the owners.

2. Manage to arrange and deliver the best service to the owners including receiving bookings and all arrangement for their request during their stay.

3. Prepare all the reports related to the Property and send to the owners.

4. Work closely with finance on the Rental return report and send to the owners.
