- Play a crucial role in driving sales and managing operations.

- Collaborate closely with principal to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Dedicate approximately 50% of your time to direct sales activities.
- Build and sustain strong personal relationships with key customers.
- Apply technical expertise to support and enhance customer applications and solutions.
- Manage all operational and administrative functions, and human resource planning.
- Develop and submit an annual budget, including forecasts for revenue, profitability, growth, capital expenditure, and resource requirements.
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements in line with the company's internal accounting procedures.
- Engage regularly with principal to discuss strategy and performance.
- Participate actively in training and strategy workshops.
- Provide decisive leadership and direction, fostering a strong and effective management team.
- Drive company growth with a structured and strategic sales approach.
- Effectively position the company with key customers by analyzing market needs and opportunities.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring alignment with core values and adherence to legal and ethical standards
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles within healthcare companies.
- Experience in project management and service business.
- Strong leadership, strategic insight, and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability in performance management, technical and commercial decision-making, and customer solution discussions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in relationship building.
- Exemplary integrity with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and expanding business operations.
