Performance and Productivity Manager

To strengthen our growth, we are looking for talent as Performance & Productivity Manager, Indonesia
What can you expect?
- Provide strategy and lead the execution of Pepsi Co Productivity Program
- Deliver bottom-line support for the business thru process improvement and efficient operation
- Partner with function leads in driving Continuous Improvement Culture, strong focus on people development, performance accountability and cultural transformation
- Lead Productivity and Continuous Improvement Program in Supply Chain Organization, focused but not limited to Manufacturing and Warehouse operation
- Manage overall productivity project portfolio and drive the implementation of productivity projects, include directly leading critical project(s)
- Lead capability building program, enhance and sustain technical knowledge to operation team
- Manage Supply Chain performance & productivity report and related executive presentation
- Lead digitalization agenda in partnership with IT
- Co-Lead sustainability (PEP+) agenda
- Support EHS system and ISO system
- Lead Productivity and Continuous Improvement Program in Supply Chain Organization, focused but not limited to Manufacturing and Warehouse operation

What makes you stand out?
- Lean/Six-Sigma/TPM/TQM or similar set of skill
- Broad business understanding and cross functional interface, including experience outside core supply chain function.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels, across functions and business units
- Excellent stakeholder management to build and sustain strong relationships with senior leaders within the broader business.
- Clearly demonstrated people leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate, empower and coach Managers within the organisation.
- Strong decision making ability to make the right, balanced business decisions to meet future business needs
- Reports, Power BI, Ms. Excel, PPT, and Digital Savvy
