Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Recepcion de facturas y reintegros de gastos de empleados para todo Latam por mail.
- Analisis control y procesamiento de pagos a proveedores, empleados, anticipos en el Sistema Peoplesoft
- Aplicación de las reglas de negocio y fiscales definidas para cada país.
- Analisis y resolución de excepciones en el sistema.
- Mantenimiento de la integridad de los datos ingresados en el sistema
- Realizar la contabilizacion de los pagos dentro del sistema Peoplesoft
- Recopilar, verificar y registrar los datos necesarios para la realización de informes de gestion y financieros
