Se requiere poseer experiencia previa en el carga y control de novedades, conocimientos en liquidación de sueldos y jornales, conocimiento en liquidacion nomina, ganancias 4ta categoría, y convenios colectivos. Manejo de pagina de AFIP, certificaciones de servicios.
Who you are

Experiencia mínima entre 3 años en posiciones similares.

Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas. (excluyente).

Se valorara el Conocimiento de SAP / Sucess Factors (no excluyente).
What you'll do:
-
Control de novedades de liquidación y control en los sistemas de liquidación.
-
Control de cálculo de las liquidaciones para empleados mensuales y quincenales.
-
Revisión de cálculos y controles con el fin de asegurar la correcta liquidación de acuerdo a la normativa vigente en el país correspondiente, y modificaciones de los diferentes convenios colectivos.

Control de los procesos de Post Payroll: Contabilidad, Seguridad Social e Impuestos, entre otros.

Identificación de oportunidades de mejora del proceso e implementación.

Emisión de reportes.
