How you will contribute to our magical experience?:

El Programatic Sales Analyst sera resposable de asistir en la planificación, venta, ejecución y optimización de campañas de publicidad programática, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de clientes y maximizando los resultados.

Sera responsable de:

  • Colaborar con los equipos de ventas locales y operaciones para alinear estrategias programáticas con objetivos comerciales.
  • Gestionar y mantener actualizado el pipeline de oportunidades con foco en incrementar los rendimientos del negocio.
  • Coordinar la configuración y lanzamiento de campañas en diversas plataformas.
  • Monitorear, escalar y buscar solución sobre problemas técnicos en la entrega de anuncios (Troubleshooting).
  • Proporcionar informes y análisis periódicos sobre el rendimiento de las campañas.
  • Comunicarse con clientes, agencias y plataformas asociadas, y con equipos internos, de manera clara y eficiente resolviendo solicitudes y dudas.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias y tecnologías emergentes en publicidad programática, propias y de terceros.
  • Velar por los procesos administrativos necesarios para la ejecución de campañas publicitarias programáticas (ej. safelisting de dominios de anunciantes).

What we need from you to be part of this story:
  • Estudiante avanzado o graduado en Publicidad, Marketing, Marketing Digital, Administración de Empresas, o carreras afines.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en publicidad programática o en equipos de Operaciones.
  • Conocimiento sólido de plataformas programáticas (DSP, SSP, Ad Exchanges) y tipos de deals programáticos.
  • Vocación comercial con enfoque consultivo para interpretar las necesidades de la demanda y traducirlas en oportunidades comerciales.
  • Experiencia con plataformas de gestión de datos (DMP) y gestión de software de gestión de relaciones comerciales (CRM).
  • Conocimiento de plataformas de automatización de marketing y gestión de funnels de ventas.
  • Certificación en publicidad programática (Google Marketing Platform o similares).
  • Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y priorizar tareas de manera efectiva
  • Inglés intermedio / avanzado.
