Argentina - Call Center Representative

We're seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team at Teem. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. Your commitment to excellent customer service will be vital in maintaining our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Maintain knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
