Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Business Knowledge/Technical Skills:
- In coordination with Audit Team Leader, executes audit activities in accordance with the actuarial audit plan and applying audit methodology;
- Performs follow up and testing of audit findings until its implementation;
- Participate in reviews integrated with other audit teams from different countries of the region and Corporate (investments, business, IT, etc).
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Business Knowledge/Technical Skills:
- Actuary Bachelor’s Degree or advanced student required (less than 3 subjects pending);
- Minimum of 1–3 years of audit experience, in Big 4 Firms. Experience working in Valuation or pricing process is a plus; (desirable)
- Understanding of different risks (operational, financial, etc) and its accounting/financial impacts over key processes;
- Critical thinking - Ability to analyze and propose solutions to existing problems;
- Communicates effectively and builds healthy relationships;
- Good English language knowledge – Intermediate & Up (verbal and written).
- Preferable Insurance Experience (in valuation reserves) or Big4;
- Data analytics skills and knowledge of VBA, SQL, Alteryx, Phython, etc techniques is a plus.
