Description and Requirements
Reliquidar los siniestros asignados en la fecha asignada
Derivación de siniestros para contraloría médica o dental
Seguimiento de la devolución de los gastos por parte de Contralorías Médica y Dental
Derivación o escalamiento de siniestros que exceden su conocimiento en el tema
Hacer seguimiento de la autorización de los siniestros que exceden su capacidad de liquidación
Actualizar información del siniestro y el asegurado en el sistema
Controlar cumplimiento de SLA y objetivo de producción individual
Realizar el proceso de liquidación (aprobar o rechazar un gasto) en los sistemas de la compañía.
Realizar otras actividades solicitadas por su Jefatura directa.
