Daily tasks:
- Design, develop, test and maintain high-quality Flutter applications across various platforms (i OS, Android, and web).
- Collaborate with product managers, BAc, UX designers, architects and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- clean, efficient, and maintainable Flutter code and unit tests that adheres to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Review code, design against industry and Baptist standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter framework and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Help triage production issues and identify timely resolution.
- Passionate and skilled Senior Flutter Developer who can contribute to the development of cutting-edge mobile and web applications with our dynamic team.
- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
- Experience building and deploying Flutter applications to the App Store and Google Play Store or for Enterprise Distribution.
- Deep understanding of mobile development principles and best practices on both platforms.
- Strong hands on experience in state management techniques specially BLo C and BLo C without using the flutter_bloc and bloc packages (We are implementing bloc from scratch in the projects)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Flutter web development.
- English: B2 minimum, C1+ ideally.
