This is a unique opportunity to develop a strategic advisory manual that will serve as a reference framework for all airports across Argentina.
This project will allow you to connect with the company in a transversal way with operations, legal, architecture, finance, commercial and experience.
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Collaborate with the consulting team to collect and analyze key data to understand the unique needs of each airport cluster.
- Coordinate and assist in conducting field surveys and one-on-one talks with key stakeholders to gather insights on passenger and airport requirements.
- Work closely with the project sponsor and team leader to develop and curate proposals for the F&B offerings at the airport, ensuring alignment with the project’s objectives and the board’s expectations.
- Participate in the validation of F&B concepts and the assessment of functional layouts.
- Contribute to writing commercial clauses and defining go-to-market strategies for the F&B operations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop a detailed roadmap for implementing the consultancy's findings, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
- Coordinate the implementation of F&B strategies, including overseeing improvements and new concepts.
- Work with the consultancy team to ensure a seamless transition from planning to execution, ensuring the project meets operational, commercial, and design requirements.
- Assist in defining and driving the project vision, focusing on value creation for tenants, investors, and passengers.
- Help ensure the F&B offerings align with the strategic objectives of the airport, enhancing passenger experience and optimizing revenue generation.
- Foster communication and collaboration across various departments and stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
- Support the team in presenting proposals, strategies, and solutions to stakeholders for approval and alignment.
- Identify immediate opportunities for improvements to enhance the F&B experience.
- Maintain focus on the long-term goals, driving innovation and sustainable solutions for the airport’s F&B operations.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or engineering
- Understanding of how F&B operations influence business performance, particularly regarding passenger experience and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of commercial operations and/or passenger experience management.

Duration: 6 months

- Gain the skills to transform strategic plans into action, contributing to both short-term improvements and long-term F&B goals for the airport.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be an employee of any of CAAP’s Subsidiaries, with a minimum of 12 months lenght of service, not on leave for personal or health reasons.
- Demonstrate solid performance and a strong desire for professional growth.
- Free of disciplinary actions or legal proceedings.
- Not in an executive role (directors or equivalent).
- Have a valid passport and meet visa requirements* for the host country. (Visa requirements vary by country; CAAP’s HR team will assist you with guidance).
Travel Expenses
Will be covered:
- The home country will pay for current salary, travel tickets and health insurance.
- The host country will cover day to day expenses (meals, transportation, etc) and housing.

This program is exclusive to employees of Corporación América Airports.

Expertise: Relevant experience for the project applied for. - Language Skills: English proficiency required; fluency in the host country’s language is advantageous.
- Overall Profile: Evaluated through technical and psychometric tests, plus individual interviews.
