Our client, a US digital marketing agency is looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in Paid Social Ads. The ideal candidate will have experience in Meta Ads and be comfortable using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

What we are looking for
Our client, a US digital marketing agency is looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in Paid Social Ads. The ideal candidate will have experience in Meta Ads and be comfortable using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsibilities
- Read, interpret and execute on specific creative requests for facebook and instagram ads
- Design and create visually appealing and effective email templates, using Figma, that align with the each brand’s messaging and goals.
- Ensure all ad designs are mobile and desktop friendly.
- Work with the creative team to stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve designs and performance.
- Willingness and ability to make quick ad edits during the creative testing phase while meeting required deadlines
- Take feedback and revision requests for each round of deliverables.
- Use your design skills to make design decisions that will elevate the look and feel of your ads
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of design excellence.
- +2 years experience in design with emphasis on paid social ads (Facebook and Instagram ads)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure paid social designs are on brand, elevated and visually appealing.
- Receptive and open to feedback and edit requests from internal and external teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-scaling startup environment.
- Ability to quickly iterate, share ideas, and address feedback.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in motion design and/or video editing is a plus.
- Experience in Click Up or a task management tool is a plus
- A passion for design systems, typography, and photography. No design detail is too small!
- Experience working with performance data and creative KPI’s to inform design choices and future tests; incorporate both brand direction and creative learnings from performance data into all design decisions.
- Eye for selecting elevated photography that ties into both the copy and design layout effectively; Knowledge of image manipulation techniques to use available photography in new and compelling ways.
- Must include a link to your portfolio with samples of your work demonstrating the above requirements and strong understanding of design principles
