About the position:
As part of our global QA team, you will play a crucial role following best practices to guarantee the quality in the delivery of products for the classifieds seeker experience. Doing QA activities with main focus on the manual and automation tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in software performance.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the QA team.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices for automation and testing.
• Execute automated and manual test cases, analyze results, and provide detailed reports.
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements
What we are looking for:

• 5+ experience on similar positions (mandatory)
• Advanced english communication skills (mandatory)
• Manual UI and Backend testing experience (mandatory)
• Test Link, Jira, Confluence knowledge (mandatory)
• Automation skills (basic knowledge on at least 1 of the following: Playwright, Cypress, Test Cafe, Python, Java, Postman, Appium)

Also we need:

• Analytical skills. Meticulous approach to identifying issues and ensuring the quality of the product.
• Proactivity and autonomy.
• Good communication skills.
• Problem Solving Creativity.
• Great capacity for teamwork and interpersonal relations.
