Hacking Immigration Law, LLC is looking to grow. We're in search of a REMOTE Sales/ Leads Intake Specialist. Applicants must be fluent in English. Applicants will receive real-world experience, exceptional training and valuable exposure to the inner workings of a busy immigration firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Consultations with potential clients using CRM software.
Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads using proven sales strategies/techniques.
Maintains accurate documentation for sales and prospecting activities; provides status reports as needed.
You complete all required client/project paperwork.
Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues.
Performs other duties as needed, such as answering the phone, helping team members with leads, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience and goals
Achieving Business Objectives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills
Able to efficiently organize, prioritize, and manage clients
Proficient computer and internet skills, including Salesforce CRM software, Calling software (Ring Central),
Google Apps (Google Docs, Google Sheets , Gmail) and Microsoft Office suite
Independent and motivated self-starter

- Monday-Friday: 8:00 am-4: 30 pm Central Time
- Saturday: Closed.
- Sunday: Closed.
Office Location: St. Louis, MO
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Up to $672,368.35 per month
