Job Role Summary

Job Role Responsibilities

• Support the Product Management and Integrity System (Pro MIS) enabling the central management of lubricant product formulations, raw material specifications, performance claims.
• Ensure accurate, effective, and timely updates into Pro MIS system:
• Formulation Introductions and Changes (product, raw material and formulation updates): Requires potential interface with EMRE Products Technology Development, Products Technology Deployment / BSA Technical, MBU Technical, Procurement, Operations and Suppliers.
• Performance & Quality claims: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brand Approval process and product performance and testing requirements for specific lines of business
• Product Stewardship: Maintain Link with Product Stewardship team on key Pro MIS interfaces, including coordination of MSDS reviews & updates required for Pro MIS product & formulation changes.
• Raw Materials Specifications & Variations: Interface with EMRE Products Technology Development, Products Technology Deployment, Technical, Procurement and Suppliers to manage component introductions and changes, as well as quality variation issues.
• Support Claims management / Claims Review: Maintain centralized product performance claim documentation
• Conduct ECR (Engineering Change Record) Analysis and planning
• Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS Framework
• Conduct regulatory compliance management and case resolution
• Identify opportunities for ECR sequencing, process/system improvement opportunities

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences

• 5+ years of experience
• Data management information systems, Pro MIS, process management skills
• Good business judgment and strong communications skills
• Strong initiative, change management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work remotely in a “virtual team”; work independently
• Advanced English level required
