PRODUCT OWNER
ROLE:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business goals and operational feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business analysists, and development teams, to gather requirements and define product vision and strategy.
- Work closely with developers and quality engineers to translate requirements into user stories, features, and product increments.
- Drive product development and project delivery in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to development team and stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of priority and business value.
- Make sure quality standards are met and follow our internal standards.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the product and enhance user experience.
- Work with other product owners to identify features gaps and overlaps to ensure high reusability of components across products and projects.
- Own and maintain internal product/project documentation.
PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design processes is a plus.
- Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Product Owner) is a plus.
- Reliable, proactive, autonomous with a strong sense of accountability.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
