The position
As a Public Affairs Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Maintain and enhance positive relations with external audiences, including the general public, government entities and other key stakeholders.
- Implement public relations programs, activities, campaigns and events that protect and enhance the organization’s reputation.
- Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement public relations programs or activities that are consistent with the organisation’s overall public relations strategy.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory; A master’s degree in political science, diplomacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experience working in public affairs or government affairs.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
- Preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
About the department
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting the Business Units areas in positioning Novo Nordisk and its brands through public affairs. Our department focuses on developing relationships with key stakeholders, including NGOs, trade associations, medical associations, payers, policymakers, and other influential figures. We are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and our collaborative and proactive environment ensures that we effectively address the needs of our stakeholders while promoting the organisation’s image positively.
