About Concentrix Catalyst

Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines customer experience (CX) through strategy, talent, and technology. By combining human-centered design, powerful data, and cutting-edge technology, we accelerate CX transformation at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and C#.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers to identify testing needs and provide test automation solutions.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results to ensure software functionality and performance.
• Identify and document software defects and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks to support continuous integration and regression testing.
• Ensure test automation is integrated into the development and deployment process (CI/CD).
• Conduct performance and load testing where necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automation testing with Selenium and C#.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming language and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with automation frameworks and tools like NUnit, Test NG, or similar.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or similar.
• Experience working with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
