QA Sr. Tester

We are currently looking for a SR Quality Engineer to work in a project for one of the biggest finance companies in the World.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and delivery of test plans to ensure product quality, using sound test engineering skills
- Test based on the development methodology
- Identify the test scope and co-ordinates the test environment set-up
- Develop documents and analyzes test cases and provides feedback and recommendations for product or design changes
- Contribute in internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs
- Develop relationships with other engineering groups to evaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components or modification
Necessary skills and experience required:
- Good understanding of testing lifecycle and agile frameworks
- Developed knowledge of Quality Management techniques
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field and 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology
- Good understanding on Automation Testing concepts.
- Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid).
- Hands on experience in any of the technology stacks (Java / .NET / Java Script or Python) supporting microservices and experience in Selenium, Postman or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience and knowledge of Azure Dev Ops or any relevant defect management tool and CI/CD.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Good knowledge of KPIs and metrics
- Experience in customer facing roles

Location: Argentina.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9hs a 18hs. Hybrid - Full Time.
