Used Auto Parts Store.AAA Crains Auto Salvage LLC is currently hiring an Energetic Super friendly personality remote Sales Representative ! A person who is capable of taking a lot of calls mantaining a great customer service. WE HAVE A HIGH VOLUME OF INCOMING CALLSKnowledge of Auto Parts and their location is a Plus but not necessary, we will train the person with the right attitude MAIN DUTIES:- Answer customer phone calls - Answer customer text messages - Provide information of availability and pricing of car parts - Provide excellent customer service to over the phone customers - Maximize sales transactions by meeting customer needs - Assist with other duties as assigned by management - Schedule part deliveries REQUIREMENTS:-Expirience : Sales, Customer Service and Call center. 2 year or more- Bilingual English - Advanced level- Calm and quiet workspace - Super friendly, charismatic and energetic personality. A People Person! - Great Customer Service, smiling all the time and patience towards our customers ! - Be able to work with a team - Multitasking and answer a lot of phone calls at the same time. - Medium-Advanced computer skills Equipment: -Have a deskpot computer -Have a webcam - 20Mbps download and 5Mbps load internet speed (speed test screenshot will be asked)----- Have a spare plan for the computer and internet conexion Please do not apply if you do not have all the requirements Opening Shift:-Monday - Friday 08 am to 05 pm CDT (Central Daylight time) (HORARIO DE DALLAS TX)Closing Shift - Friday 09 am to 06 pm CDT (Central Daylight time) (HORARIO DE DALLAS TX)
Two 30 minutes lunch break per day.
Saturdays: 09 am to 04 pm CDT (Central Daylight time) (HORARIO DE DALLAS TX) with 30 mnts lunch COMPENSATION:-Paid training ($100,000 PESOS ARGENTINOS per 1 week of training)- $400,000 per month BIWEEKLY PAY ($200,000 EVERY 2 WEEKS) Oportunidad de acceder a ganar bonos dependiendo del desempeno despues de un mes
No prestaciones, sera contratado como contratista independiente.- WEEKLY OPPORTUNITY OF WINNING A PAY OFF DAY1 Week of Vacations after 1 year. 2 Weeks of Vacations after 3 Years 3 Weeks of Vacations after 5 Years 4 Weeks of Vacations after 7 Years6 Paid holidays every year.
