Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth in the assigned region and achieving revenue targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with customers and partners
Job Description
  • Establish and maintain a culture that promotes safety, quality, and professionalism as a key focus.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Travel regularly through out region visiting with account managers and customers (30-40%)
  • Location: Buenos Aires
You are meant for this job if:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced English
