Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for building relationships? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements:
- Must be Fluent in English!
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present and sell our services to potential clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through to placement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the service sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Pay: $767,413.92 - $1,055,194.14 per month
