Senior Team Leader - Customer Service/Compensation Surveys

Mercer Mexico is seeking candidates for the following position Sr. Team Leader Customer Service/Compensation Surveys to join our multi-disciplinary LATAM Client Solutions Team in Buenos Aires´s (Argentina) offices.

We will count on you to:
- Manage, coach and motivate a highly energetic and experienced team, where automation of the processes as well as LEAN solutions are as much important as positive relationships and professionalism in each detail
- Cooperate with senior management regularly to ensure the tasks are done and report progress to them
- Coordinate team’s workflow
- Actively work with main Mercer’s Consultants and Clients to provide top level of service
- Analyze market data (aggregate cleaning process)
- Train Clients and more junior colleagues
- Run reports and export data from internal systems
- Constantly look for process quality and process improvements
What you need to have:
- Higher education to degree level or equivalent
- 5+ years of a professional experience in a multinational environment
- 1+ years’ experience as a people manager
- 1+ years’ in the client facing role
- An excellent command of English & Spanish
- Project management experience
- An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Word, Excel, Power Point
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to interact across all levels of the organization, are essential for this role
- The ability to manage heavy workloads to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritizing effectively

- LEAN and/or Agile methodology experience
- Portuguese
