At Shift Rx, we're pioneering solutions to the critical healthcare provider shortage. Our cutting-edge platform streamlines the process of sourcing, credentialing, scheduling, and paying temporary healthcare providers. Leveraging the power of generative AI and large language models (LLMs), we craft customized onboarding modules that seamlessly integrate healthcare providers into new clinical environments.
Our algorithms match healthcare professionals with open shifts by analyzing qualifications, experience, certifications, location preferences, and past performance ratings. This ensures optimal staffing based on facility needs and professional capabilities.
About the Role

You have a passion for software engineering with at least 5 years of dev experience. We’d love to chat if you’ve got early-stage (Seed, Series A) startup experience

Startups excite you, you love to build and ship products quickly and constantly iterate on features, collaborating with all parts of the team on technical workflow, user journey, ways to improve, and speed

You have experience building, scaling, and managing effective engineering teams

Contributed to the development of Typescript Monorepos using React, Next JS, Fastify, SQL, SQS, AWS, and Terraform; exp with these is a must or ability to level up our tech stack from these

Building with LLM's using Prompt Engineering and RAG is a plus

You are passionate about building scalable and resilient systems that are highly efficient and seamless to build on top of
