As a Frontend-Focused Full-Stack Engineer, you will contribute to our dashboard team, playing a key role in empowering analysts to fight and analyze risky activities effectively. In this role, you'll develop user-friendly tools that allow analysts to detect and mitigate fraudulent behavior in real time, streamlining their workflows. This position is ideal for a proactive engineer with strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset.

You will:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable frontend features using React, Type Script, and modern web technologies.
  
• Collaborate with our team of expert fraud fighters to create intuitive, data-driven tools that empower analysts to easily detect and fight fraudulent activity.
  
• Work with Node.js on backend integration, contributing to full-stack features that deliver impactful functionality.
  
• Ensure that code quality remains high by adhering to best practices, contributing to code reviews, and maintaining frontend development standards.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  
• Take ownership of your work by driving projects from initial concept to production deployment, ensuring excellent user experiences.
  
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
  

An Ideal Candidate Has:

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer specializing in frontend development.
  
• Strong proficiency in React, Type Script, and modern Java Script frameworks.
  
• Experience working with Node.js for backend development.
  
• A track record of successfully delivering high-quality production services and systems.
  
• Customer-centric approach with a strong emphasis on empathy towards users.
  
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
  
• Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with frontend performance optimization and modern build tools.
  
• Familiarity with building out frontend tooling and design systems
  
• Relevant industry experience, particularly in banking or fintech, and domain knowledge in fraud prevention or compliance

Compensation: Base pay range of $50,000 - $70,000 + Series B equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits
