Description and Requirements
We are looking for a new Sr Solution Engineer to join the Digital Systems & Solution Engineering team of our Center of Excellence in Buenos Aires.
What you will do in this role…
- Work with product & solution teams to design and develop end-to-end solutions and reference architectures, working in an agile environment.
- Solution design and help teams execute the technical implementation for digital cloud initiatives in LATAM.
- Deliver solution that aligns with the customer’s business needs and requirements (discuss benefits and risks).
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key technical contacts within the country, region and globally and becoming a trusted adviser to the development teams and groups within the country and region.
- Work together with development leads to successfully deliver a project.
- Provide recommendation, guidance and hands-on assistance to other solution development and deployment to team members.
- Assist in the development of detailed project specifications and implementation plans.
- Be part of a diverse team of people who are passionate about achieving challenging goals.

To help you succeed, you need to have…
- Knowledge in Front End development (React, Javascript, CSS); RESTful API design; Azure Paa S, Java 8 w/Lambda Expressions/Completable Futures, AKS
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Advanced written and minimum of B1 or B2 level in oral English language
- Motivation to learn and apply new technology concepts and the “art of possible”
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-direction
- Organizational Skills
