  Responsible for the Growth of the Surety & Credit line of business in the Region.
• Own and clearly articulate our Value Proposition to clients and reinsurers, to ensure the Aon leadership is properly recognized.
• Build and maintain relationships with key Latam Credit & Surety Clients (Insurers) and reinsurers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for surety and credit reinsurance
• Negotiate and place reinsurance contracts (Treaty and Fac) with reinsurers
• Provide market analysis and expertise on Latam surety and credit insurance trends
• Collaborate with global teams to leverage expertise and resources
• Lead and develop the Latam Surety & Credit Reinsurance team.
• Develop or make available differential tools and Analytics that our clients need to improve their performance.

• 
  15+ years of experience in surety and credit reinsurance, with a focus

on Latam

• Experience across key markets in Latam, including Brazil, Mexico and

Argentina.

• Strong knowledge of Latam surety and credit insurance markets,

regulations, and industry trends.

• In-depth understanding of surety and credit insurance products
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACII, FCII) are an advantage
• Fluency in Spanish a must and Portuguese highly desirable
